How to use
Take off makeup and dry the area. Oil on top of mascara does nothing.
Draw the wand along the lash line and through the brow.
Leave overnight. Once a day is plenty.
What it does

This arrives in the manufacturer's box, which is branded EELHOE and describes the contents as an eyelash growth liquid, with before-and-after pictures on the front. We have not repeated that claim anywhere above, because we don't think the evidence supports it. We would rather you heard that from us now than felt misled when the box turns up.
