Refund policy

We want you to love your StarPatch order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations) You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email us at boetaverleg@gmail.com with your order number. You must return the item within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. For hygiene reasons, this doesn't apply once a pack has been opened.

Condition of Returns Unopened items must be returned in their original packaging, unused. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery at boetaverleg@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, opened packs cannot be accepted for return unless faulty.
