Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your Velvara order. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.

30-day returns You can return any unopened, unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Email us at boetaverleg@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

Right to cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations) Separately, and in addition to the 30-day policy above, UK customers have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email us at boetaverleg@gmail.com with your order number. For hygiene reasons, this does not apply to an item once its seal or packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty.

Condition of returns Unopened items must be returned in their original packaging, unused. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery at boetaverleg@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or a replacement at no cost to you, including any return postage.

Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return unless they are faulty.
