Thin, flexible gel strips that press onto the teeth. No trays to mould, no blue light, no sitting still with your mouth open.
How to use
Brush and rinse first,
then dry your teeth with a tissue. The strips grip far better on a dry surface.
Peel the strip from its backing
and press the gel side along the front of your teeth, gel against enamel.
Fold the excess behind
the teeth to hold it in place.
Wear for the time printed on your pack.
Do not leave them on longer thinking it will work faster — it will not, and it is the main cause of sensitivity.
Peel off and rinse.
Avoid tea, coffee, red wine and anything dark for an hour afterwards.

Being straight with you
Whitening strips sold over the counter in the UK are legally limited to a very low peroxide concentration. Anything stronger can only be supplied through a dentist. That means these lift surface staining from tea, coffee, wine and smoking — they are not a substitute for professional whitening, and they will not take you several shades lighter overnight.
They also do not change the colour of crowns, veneers, bonding or fillings. If you have dental work on your front teeth, whitening the rest can leave them mismatched. Worth a word with your dentist first.
