Velvara is a UK beauty store selling skincare tools, patches and treatments. We started in 2026 with a short range and a simple rule: nothing goes on the shelf unless we can say plainly what it does, and what it doesn’t.
What we actually sell
Hydrocolloid patches, jade and ice rollers, gua sha, cleansing brushes, scalp massagers, a derma roller, whitening strips and a couple of powered devices. Fifteen products, not fifteen hundred. If you can’t find something here, we probably decided it wasn’t worth stocking.
We don’t manufacture these
We’re not going to pretend there’s a lab behind this. We choose from established suppliers and orders ship from a fulfilment partner, which is why UK delivery usually takes four to eight working days from dispatch rather than next morning. What we add is the choosing, the honest description, and someone to email when it goes wrong.
What we won’t say
No miracle claims. No before-and-afters that only work because of the lighting. Nothing here treats a medical condition, and where a product only helps a bit, the product page says so — there’s a hydrocolloid patch on this site whose own description tells you it won’t do much for a deep, under-the-skin spot. That’s deliberate.
About our reviews
We have very few, and we’d rather tell you that than pad the number. The reviews you can see are labelled with where they came from — whether that’s a verified Velvara buyer or a review carried over from the product’s original listing. We don’t write them ourselves, and we don’t buy them. Most products here have none yet, and those pages say so rather than showing you somebody else’s.
Delivery and returns
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend — we’ve built the cost into the prices rather than asking you to reach a threshold. Express UK delivery is £2.99, the EU is £9.99 and the other countries we ship to are £18.99. Anything unopened can come back within 30 days for a full refund, and UK customers have the separate statutory 14-day right to cancel. If something arrives faulty, that’s on us, not you.
Who runs it
Velvara is operated from the UK by Marcel Verleg and trades under the laws of England and Wales. It is a small operation — when you email, you’re emailing the person who runs the shop.
